Mycontent Privacy Policy
1. Scope and developer
This Privacy Policy applies to the Mycontent Android application operated under the MyCont-ent brand. For privacy questions, contact info@mycont-ent.com.
2. Information and permissions
Mycontent does not require user registration or a Mycontent account. The current app does not request access to precise or approximate location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, videos, device storage, phone data, or SMS data.
3. Remote content and network connections
Mycontent retrieves public content and configuration over HTTPS from MyCont-ent-operated web endpoints. This includes Home content, Services content, live TV and radio stream configuration, and social-media link configuration.
Live TV and radio are delivered using HLS streaming URLs that may be changed remotely by MyCont-ent without requiring an app update.
As with normal internet services, the website, hosting provider, content-delivery network, or streaming infrastructure may process technical connection information needed to serve requests, such as IP address, request time, network information, user-agent or device request metadata, and server logs. The Mycontent app itself does not use this information to build advertising profiles or perform behavioral tracking.
4. Local caching
The app may store a last-known-good local copy of public Home, Services, Live configuration, and social-media configuration so content can remain available during temporary network failures. This cache contains public application content and configuration rather than a user profile or account record.
5. Contact Us
The Contact Us form allows you to enter your name, email address, subject, and message. Mycontent does not submit this form to a Mycontent backend and does not intentionally persist the form contents in local application storage.
When you choose to send the message, the app opens an external email application on your device with a draft addressed to info@mycont-ent.com. Your email provider and the recipient's email systems then process the message according to their own privacy and retention practices.
6. External social-media links
Mycontent may display remotely managed links to external services such as Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. When you select one, the link is opened using an external application or browser.
External services are operated independently and are governed by their own privacy policies, terms, cookies, analytics, and data-handling practices. Mycontent does not control those services.
7. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
The current version of Mycontent does not contain advertising and does not intentionally include analytics, behavioral tracking, advertising-ID, or third-party marketing SDKs.
8. Data retention and deletion
Mycontent does not create user accounts, so there is no Mycontent account record to delete. Public content/configuration cached locally by the app can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
Email messages created through Contact Us are handled by your external email provider and the recipient's email systems; their retention and deletion rules apply. Technical server, hosting, CDN, or streaming logs may be retained by the relevant infrastructure operators according to their operational, security, legal, and retention requirements.

9. Children's privacy
Mycontent is a general content and media application and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through an in-app account or data-submission backend. If you believe personal information has been provided to MyCont-ent through email or another external service, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
10. Security
The app uses HTTPS for its configured content and service endpoints. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and external websites, email providers, streaming providers, and social-media services maintain their own security controls.
11. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, its services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised policy is published.
